Refund policy

At JUMPSBURG, every item is printed especially for you the moment you order it.  Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchange for size, color, or change of mind. 

However, we will always make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item is defective
• You receive the wrong item

If any of these apply, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jumpsburg.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.  We will send a replacement at no charge.
