JUMPSBURG ships all orders through our print-on-demand partner. Every item is printed after you order it, so here's what to expect.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 4-10 business days, including the time it takes to print your item. During peak periods, allow up to 12 business days.

Because your order is printed specifically for you, please allow the full production window before reaching out about order status.

TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.
